• Service Scope

  NWSBRS specializes in the safe removal and relocation of bees from structures such as chimneys, roofs, ceilings, fascia boards, and internal walls. Our services are designed to minimize disruption while ensuring humane bee relocation.

• Exclusions

  We do not remove bee swarms from gardens, trees, or bushes. Our services are strictly limited to structural bee removals.

• Safety & Property Care

  While every effort is made to ensure a safe removal process, NWSBRS is not responsible for any pre-existing structural damage or unforeseen issues that may arise during or after the removal process. Clients will be informed of any necessary repairs following bee removal.

• Eco-Friendly Approach

  Our methods prioritize environmentally friendly practices, ensuring the safe relocation of bees to a suitable habitat whenever possible.

• Client Responsibility

  Clients must ensure safe access to the affected area and disclose any potential hazards or structural concerns before service commencement.

• Payment & Cancellation

  Payment terms will be agreed upon before the service begins. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.

• Liability Disclaimer

  NWSBRS is not liable for any allergic reactions, injuries, or damages resulting from bee activity before, during, or after the removal process.
